the hotel's proximity to historical sites impressed me. i walked to palaces and insadong street market quite easily. the hotel offers safety lockers so i started touring without my luggage immediately.

the hotel charged an hourly fee for early check-in. it was inconvenient since rooms were available before 3pm. you also need to rent a separate tv box to watch netflix.

staff members speak english well so communication was easy. they provided umbrellas during rainy days and they helped with interesting places to visit and eat. the staff was always ready to help, especially in the restaurant.

the coin laundry machine provided great convenience. personalized safety lockers are available for early arrivals and late departures. the hotel has a luggage scale to weigh luggage before airport departure.

I found the location convenient. It was very short walking distance to palaces and temples. I also appreciated the numerous cafes and souvenir shops nearby. The self-check-in lockers for luggage storage were especially convenient!!!
